Production
SlowWa products are made to order by our production partners. Production and delivery times vary by product, production location and destination. For an estimate for your order, please contact us before ordering at petetange@gmail.com.

Shipping destinations and charges
Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout based on your delivery address and the items in your order. The applicable shipping charge is shown before you complete your purchase.

Separate shipments
Items may be produced at different locations. If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages.

Tracking and delivery
When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address provided with your order. If your parcel has not arrived or your shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

Taxes and import charges
International orders may be subject to GST, customs duties or other import charges depending on the destination and order. Please contact us before ordering if you need information about potential charges.

Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
