Store and product information
SlowWa sells products made to order by production partners. Product details, including materials, dimensions and whether an insert is included, are described on each product page. Product colours may look different depending on screen settings. Minor manufacturing variations may occur. These statements do not limit your rights if a product is faulty or significantly different from its description.

Orders and payment
The product price, available delivery options and applicable charges are presented before you complete your order. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. After an order is placed, an order confirmation will be sent to the email address provided. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange any refund required by applicable law.

Delivery, cancellations and returns
Please refer to our Shipping Policy and Returns, Refunds and Cancellations Policy for details about production, delivery, changes, cancellations and remedies.

Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
